The Lansing Educational Foundation Fund offers several Educate the Pride Mini-Grants each year. To download an application for the grant, please click the "Educate the Pride Mini-Grant" link at the bottom of the page. The grant applications will be scored in accordance with the scoring rubric, which is also provided below.
Another type of grant that the LEFF offers is the Building Project Grant. To download the Building Project Grant Request Form, and to see previous Building Projects, please click the "Building Projects" link at the bottom of the page.
Your application will be scored on several criterion:
- How innovative the proposed project is
- Is the proposed project is a fine arts or academic project
- Is the proposed project is in alignment with the LEFF Mission and Vision statements
- Is the proposed project enhances the district curriculum
- Is the proposed project enriches daily learning
- Is the proposed project is in alignment with LHS District policies
- Is the proposed project is in alignment with grade level and state/district standards
- Is the proposed project fosters collaboration and/or partnerships between school staff and/or community
- How the teacher will monitor the results of the project for student achievement/learning
- Is the grant proposal is complete

At the end of the school year, an End of the Year Report must be submitted in accordance to LEFF procedures. The Report form can be downloaded by clicking the "End of the Year Report" link below.
