The Lansing Educational Foundation Fund annually holds a fundraiser/breakfast to help raise money to help the district improve upon areas that it has deemed a concern. The most recent breakfast was held on February 3, 2005. Governor Kathleen Sebelius spoke at the breakfast, and several students were honored for their outstanding performance on the 2004 Kansas State Assessment and on the ACT college entrance exam.
